The project
A little behind the scenes.
Conversations with Krystal, food stories and hands-on creative work with Pho K Fusion in Kanata.
Pho K Fusion gave me a chance to try a little of everything. I worked on interviews, on-camera pieces, voiceover, photos and social content for the restaurant in Kanata.
Talking with Krystal was my favourite part. Hearing how she develops recipes and thinks about food gave each piece a story to follow. I also filmed casual visits with friends, which brought another kind of energy.
I learned so much about shaping an interview, filming food and finding the pace of an edit. Seeing all those pieces come together was really satisfying.
