Hi friends, Anna here 🙂
Advance Man will always stay with me. After so many months of distance, stepping back into a theatre with Sock ’n’ Buskin felt like coming home. The play itself is a sharp political satire about NASA, conspiracies, and what happens when truth gets twisted, but at its core it was about people, relationships, and trust.
Being part of that production reminded me how powerful theatre is when it speaks to the moment we are living in. The masks, the adjustments, the uncertainty, they were all still there, but so was the joy of creating something together in real time. The energy from the cast and the audience, even in a smaller space, felt huge.
It was smart, funny, and tense all at once, and it reminded me why I love ensemble work. Every rehearsal gave us new discoveries, and every night on stage felt alive in a way only theatre can.
